Alasdair wanted to secure his first investment property but was worried about making the wrong purchase or paying too much in the rising Brisbane market. With a budget between $700,000-$800,000, we helped Alasdair identify ideal suburbs to invest in and continued to refine his brief before securing a property in Moreton Bay, Queensland, within the month. Purchased within budget, the property was located on a rare 1100m2+ flat block.
Leveraging our relationships with property managers within the area, we were able to have a signed rental agreement for the property before settlement, at the top end of the rental estimate.
