Kaylene and Katie: Acreage Home Buyers
Kaylene and her daughter Katie had decided to buy an acreage home together, but struggled to find the time to look at listings due to their busy and often conflicting schedules. We acquired the property pre-market at the market value pricepoint, which is difficult to do in a seller’s market where most properties are receiving 3-10 offers.
